- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION STADLER RAIL COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREA PLAN ADOPTION The Salt Lake City Council at its May 1, 2018 meeting adopted Ordinance No. 15 of 2018 approving the Stadler Rail Community Reinvestment Area Project Area Plan ('CRA Plan') that establishes polices for allocating future tax increment that may be collected from tax parcels located within the plan's boundaries. Copies of the CRA Plan and ordinance in their entirety, including plan boundaries, are available for review in the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City office, Room 404, City County Building, 451 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, during regular business hours. The CRA Plan shall take effect immediately upon the date of the first publication of this notice. Within 30 days after the date of the first publication of this notice, a person may contest the CRA Plan or the procedure used to adopt the CRA Plan if the CRA Plan or the procedure fails to comply with a provision of Utah Code 17C
