- The River Heights City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 about 7:00 p.m. to discuss the adoption of a No-Fault Utility Claims Ordinance. The hearing will be held in the River Heights City Building, located at 520 S 500 E. Copies of the proposed ordinance can be viewed at www.riverheights.org or at the City Office, between the hours of 9:30 am and 2:30 pm, Monday -Thursday. Written comment can be addressed to Mayor Todd Rasmussen and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
