- KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 8, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center, Kaysville, to consider: Rezone of 0.78 acres of property at 145 North 200 West GC (General Commercial) to the R-T (Old Kaysville Townsite Residential) zoning district. AND Rezone of 0.36 acres of property at 120 South Main Street from PB (Professional Business) to the HC (Health Care) zoning district.
