Holladay Tree Committee Agenda 4:00pm November 1, 2018 I. Introductions/Attendees: Regrets: II. Review Actions/Assignments and Activity from Prior Month: - October 11th Public Hearing on Tree Ordinance 6pm @ city hall - Recap - Dennis - UDOT Clean Up & Tree Clearing Saturday October 13th - Recap - Carolyn - Follow up with Unified Police/court system about HTC becoming a qualified group for facilitating patrons to complete volunteer & community service hours. - Travis schedule meeting with Chief for early November tree planting or spring Arbor Day planting with Olympus Jr High - Dennis - check with Bart or Michelle about the watering on elm trees on Murray/Holladay Road and see if they have increased time since planting because looks drought stressed this summer - III. Upcoming Events: - Tree Voucher follow up site visits in lieu of meeting - Fall Tree Planting Event or Arbor Day spring planting IV. Assignments: - V. Ongoing Projects that need continued volunteer help: - Social Media relations - Facebook & Email management - Voucher program volunteers - verification/documentation/issuance VI.
