- Notice is hereby given that Millcreek will be conducting a land use hearing on November 2, 2018 at 9:00 am at Millcreek City Hall: 1. Ryan Mertens will appear before the Land Use Hearing Officer on November 2, 2018 at Millcreek City Hall requesting decreased setbacks at 3833 Hillside Lane.
