- NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Special Public Meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 30, 2018 in the Library 30 East Center (main level). This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend. Please note time change AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. APPROVAL OF MEETING'S AGENDA 3. To consider for approval the appointment of Mike Roberts as the Chief of Police. 4. ADJOURN.
