- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a two public hearings on Wednesday, November 7th, 2018, as close to 7:00 pm as possible, in the Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. The purpose of these hearings are to consider; 1) a rezone request at 1930, 1932, 1940, 1944 & 1948 East Spring Lane Holladay Utah 84117from the current Residential Single Family Half-Acre zone (R-1-21) to the proposed Residential Single Family Zone 10,000 square feet minimum lot size (R-1-10) and 2) to consider proposed amendment to Title 13.100 Appendix A - Allowed Uses to include Personal Services as an allowed use in the Residential Multi-Family zone (RM) The proposal is available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT, 84117.
