LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On October November 8th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and recommendation of Mike Dubois' request for review of the Dubois Park concept plan, a 28-lot residential development located at 1050 East 3200 North in an R-1-15 zone. Public hearing and recommendation of AE Urbia's request for review of a Development Code Amendment to add Light Office/Warehouse as a permitted use in many of the Commercial zones. Public hearing and consideration of AE Urbia's request for approval of the Thanksgiving Way Flex Office Building concept, a .93-acre commercial development located at 4421 North Thanksgiving Way in a Commercial zone. Public hearing and consideration of Daryl Hodgson's request for Conditional Use approval of the Mann Meadows Flag Lot located at 1056 North 600 East. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of an amendment to the Lehi City General Plan Land Use Element for property located at approximately 150 North 150 East, changing the land use designation from Medium Density Residential to Public Facilities. Public hearing and recommendation of Parker Brown's requests for review of a General Plan Amendment on .21-acres of property located at 24 West Main Street changing the land use classification from Mixed Use to Historic Commerce. Public hearing and recommendation of Parker Brown's request for review of a Development Code Amendment changing the height of buildings in the Historic Commerce from 3-story to 4-story. Public hearing and consideration of the Parker Brown's request for approval of a concept plan for the Porter's Place property located at 24 West Main Street in proposed Historic Commerce. Public hearing and consideration of First Digital Telecom's request for conditional use approval to run fiber optics along 850 East Main Street. Public hearing and consideration of First Digital Telecom's request for conditional use approval to run fiber optics along 60 South 100 West.
