- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the North Salt Lake City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers, North Salt Lake City Hall, 10 E. Center Street. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the following matters: 1. Consideration of a proposed General Development Plan and P-District Rezone for The Ridge, a residential development to be located at approximately between 650 South Edgecrest Lane and Lake View Rock Products mine, CW Land Co., Applicant. 2. Proposed amendments to the City's Land Use Ordinance regarding the accessory dwelling units. All interested people are invited to attend and make comment. For further information regarding this proposal, please contact the North Salt Lake Community Development Department at (801) 335-8700. Additionally, an open house will be held on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 4:30 to 6:30 where city staff will be available to provide additional information on the proposed development and code amendment.
