- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 7:05 pm to entertain a rezone request from Conservice Holdings, Inc, regarding properties 02-027-0046 and 02-027-0047 (approximately 350 E 800 S) to be rezoned from Agricultural to Commercial Parking Zone. A second public hearing will follow to discuss an application from Conservice Holdings, Inc to discuss a preliminary layout and design for a commercial parking lot development on the same two parcels. The hearings will be held in the River Heights City Building located at 520 South 500 East. Written comment, addressed to Commissioner Cindy Schaub, will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
