Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Mark Newman is requesting approval of Newman Woods Subdivision, a two lot subdivision located at approximately 1595 West 13400 South. - Jay Larsen is requesting an amendment to the existing Riverton Market Subdivision located at approximately 1244 West 12600 South. - Matthew Shadle with Aurora Ventures, LLC is request a conditional use permit for a seasonal Christmas Tree Lot, located at 13599 and 13601 South Redwood Road. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3124.

Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
