- AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION NOVEMBER 7, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on November 7, 2018 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Review and action on a final plat for Willow Glen Phase 1, consisting of 112 units, located at approximately 400 South 700 West in the TOD (Transit Oriented Development) zone. 3. Review and action on a final plat for Kitchen Estates Plat B, Amended, consisting of 4 lots, located at approximately 570 South 400 East in the R1-7,500 and R3-7,500 Residential zones. 4. Review and action on a final plat for Easton Park Phase 4, consisting of 4 lots - a re-platting of one former lot in Phase 3, located at approximately 750 East 530 South in the PC (Planned Community) zone. 5.
