Rita Vigor - Memorandum of Agreement for an EPA Brownfields Grant Received by Carbon County. 4. Recyclops - Business License Request for Citywide Curb Pickup 5. Xpress Bill Pay - Presentation and Request to contract with Xpress Bill pay for ACH, Credit Cards, and Online Payments. 6. Executive Session 7.
