- HUNTSVILLE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION Public notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Thursday, October 25th , 7:00 p.m. at the Huntsville Town Hall. DATE: October 25th, 2018 PLACE: Huntsville Town Hall, 7309 E. 200 S. TIME: 7:00 P.M. The items to be discussed are as follows: 1-Roll call. 2-Approval of PC minutes for meeting held September 27th, 2018. 3-Discussion and/or action for Land Use Permit for an accessory building; John Pierotti, parcel #200590003. 5-Discussion and/or action on Subdivision Approval for Bell Cottage Subdivision; Bill White, parcel #240120012. 6-Discussion and/or action on Ordinance 2018-10-04-C Title 15.31: Administration and Enforcement. 7-Discussion and/or action on Ordinance 2018-10-04-B Title 15.6.2- Use Regulations in a Residential Zone. 8- Discussion and/or action on 15.17.3. 9-Citizen Comments.
