NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold consecutive Public Hearings along with a meeting on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. 1. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposed zone change at approximately 410 North 200 West, from A-1 (Agricultural) to RR-1 (Single Family Residential Estates), Tim Sanders 2. 7:15 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposed lot split at approximately 410 North 200 West, Tim Sanders 3. Proposed Approval of requested zone change with recommendation to send to City Council for approval 4. Proposed Approval of requested lot split, Preliminary Minor Subdivision and Final Minor Subdivision 5. Review and Proposed Approval of Conditional Use Permit, PacificCorp, for substation expansion at approximately 300 South Main, Brent Dewsnup 6. Update on Status of proposed amendment to the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance, Appendix A, Table of Uses: Bed and Breakfast Inn and Section 1714, Bed and Breakfast Inn 7. Update on Status of proposed amendment to the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance, Appendix A, Table of Uses: Personal Care Services 8. Approve Minutes 9.
