PRESENTATION REGARDING THE ST. GEORGE PARKS, RECREATION, ARTS & TRAILS MASTER PLAN UPDATE. PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION REGARDING THE WATER CONSERVATION PLAN UPDATE. REPORTS FROM MAYOR, COUNCILMEMBERS, AND CITY MANAGER.
