Action Item - Approval of Minutes September 27, 2018 3. Action Item - Planning Resolution 15-2018 A resolution favorably recommending to Council Ordinance 2018-23, approving the annexation of the Hansen-Holyoak properties consisting of approximately sixty acres and the requested C-4 and R-4 zoning 4. Public Hearing - Ordinance 2018-20 An ordinance adopting new Chapter 17.69 of the Moab Municipal Code providing for an Assured Workforce Housing Policy and renumbering existing Chapter 17.69, Accessory Dwelling Units, as Chapter 17.70 5. Action Item - Planning Resolution 16-2018 A resolution recommending to City Council approval of Ordinance 2018-20 amending the Moab Municipal Code with the addition of a new Chapter 17.70, Workforce Housing. 6.
