Approval of Minutes from last meeting 3. Discuss Assignments for Holladay History Night - Thursday, November 15, 2018, 7:00 - 9:00pm Assignments to Committee Members - Advertising (flyers, Holladay Journal, banners) - Barry Topham - Entertainment - Sheri Sohm - Refreshments - Sandy Sheri - Centerpiece for tables - LInda - Books for sale - Tom, Lyle & Sheri - DVD -Tom & Lyle - Greaters - Tom - T-shirts for event - Linda - Website - Ann & Jared - Scan Photos -(Kathy will help) - Need sub-committee members (suggested Lyman Lossee) - All members to collect artifacts to display at event - All members - flyers in church programs 5. Other matters from members of commission Next Meeting - Nov. 8 at 4:00pm 6.
