- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold a work meeting on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at the Eureka Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. Review and discussion of fence requirements 3. Review and discussion of minimum requirements for lot sizes/square footage. 4. ADJOURNMENT.
