- CITY OF WEST JORDAN SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO 2016 YEAR ANNUAL ACTION PLAN The City of West Jordan is accepting public comments from citizens and community organizations on the proposed change of use in funding for the 2016-2017 One Year Action Plan. The City's Citizen Participation Plan in accordance with the requirements of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program requires the public be given 30 days to comment on the proposed Substantial Amendment. Written comments will be accepted until Monday, November 26th before 5:00PM. The proposed amendment proposes change of use of funds as follows: Deletion of the Community Health Center Dental program activity and Housing Rehabilitation Program activity. Comments can be submitted to Charles Tarver at charles.tarver@westjordan.utah.gov Comments may also be mailed to West Jordan Community Development Block Grant Program, 8000 S. Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 before Wednesday, November 26th before 5:00PM.
