- CLEARFIELD CITY Notice of PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearing has been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 2018; and by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on RZN 1810-0002, a zoning map amendment request by Mark Garza to rezone the subject properties from M-1 (Manufacturing) to C-2 (Commercial). Location: 320, 340, & 360 W. Antelope Drive (TIN: 12-787-0003, 12-787-0002, & 12-787-0001). Aggregate Parcel Size: 3.94 acres. Planner: Brad McIlrath (Legislative Matter). The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. A copy of the application is available for review at the Customer Service Center on the 1st Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
