The meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Wade Campbell 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from October 10, 2018 2. Resident Input 3. Public Hearing on Ordinance 18-14, an Ordinance amending Title 2 'Administration and Personnel' of the Smithfield Municipal Code; and adding Chapter: 2:46 'Historic Preservation Committee' in its entirety. 4. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 18-14. 5. City Manager Report 6. Council Members Report 7. Mayor's Report Adjournment
