- Notice is hereby given that the Hinckley Town Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Hinckley, Utah, will hold the regular Town Commission meeting on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers. The agenda order may be as follows: I. Pledge II. Roll Call III. Guests IV. Approval of minutes from previous meeting V. Petitions, remonstrances, and communication VI. Report of Board Guy Brinkerhoff-Chairman Joe Taylor Joy Partridge Margene Stevens VII. NEW BUSINESS 1. Clark Mortensen - Swearing in New Board Member 2. Kevin Caldwell - Solar Panels Installation 100 E 200 N 3. Linda & David Ekins - Zone Change on West Side of Main Street from Highway 6/50 North 4. Zone Change Amendment 5. Toni Hardy - 10 S 100 W Splitting property & selling it for new home. VIII. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS IX.
