- CITY OF LOGAN RESOLUTION NO. 18-48 A RESOLUTION LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT AGAINST BENEFITTED PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CENTER STREET ASSESSMENT AREA WHEREAS, Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated Title 11 Chapter 42, the City of Logan, after notice, a protest period, and a public hearing has passed a resolution designating the Center Street Assessment Area within downtown Logan on September 18, 2018; and WHEREAS, the City of Logan has prepared the assessment list and the Board of Equalization has held the required hearings on the proposed assessments; and WHEREAS, the Board of Equalization has met and made the findings required by law in order for the City of Logan to adopt a resolution levying the proposed assessments. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LOGAN MUNICIPAL COUNCIL, that it hereby adopts this resolution levying an assessment against benefitted properties within the Center Street Assessment Area which was designated in a resolution passed September 18, 2018 in accordance with Utah Code Title 11, Chapter 42. The specific approved levies are set forth in the Assessment List attached as Exhibit A to this resolution. PASSED BY THE LOGAN MUNICIPAL COUNCIL, STATE OF UTAH, THIS 16th DAY OF OCTOBER 2018. Exhibit A referred to in the resolution can be reviewed at the office of the Logan City Recorder, City Hall, 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah during regular business hours.
