- Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. DDO, Utah seeking site plan approval for a new Taco Bell restaurant to be located at 1680 West 400 South in the RC-Regional Commercial Zone. 2. Kerry Oman seeking plat amendment approval for the Oman-Morse Subdivision located in the area of 1588 East 450 South in the R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone. 3. David Taylor seeking approval for the Isaac Subdivision, a one-lot development located at 235 North 700 East in the R1-8 Single-Family Residential Zone.
