PZB members term ending: Nancy Tolman Public Business Public Meeting - 7:30pm Call to Order / Welcome - Chair Joni Endicott Pledge of Allegiance - Prayer - Approval of previous minutes - October 10, 2018 Minutes Old Business Unfinished / Carryover Business: 1. Plagmann / Mendon Trailer Court Discussion - C.U.P. Status: Held-over. This needs to go back to C.C for ordinance amendment, approval, codify. City has not made a motion to approve the C.U.P 2. Slide Ridge Honey Conditional Use - Held over, expired. Submit a new application but during interim, City offices have received a letter. Is this enough for renewal? Board had previously asked for documents on old C.U.P. 3. Discuss & Review making all Conditional Use Permits come due the same time as business license renewal 4. Review & approve formal letter to Gary & Tamara Anderson on Nancy Tolman's old house. 5. Review & acknowledgment of digital link of amendments to ordinances. 6. Jonathan & Stacey Bingham - 98 E Center RE: Water reconnect & quasit hut. New Business: 1. Building permit application for Brian Myers 2. Building permit application for Bob DeGasser 3. Building permit application for Greg Schroeder Ordinance changes: Review/Update/Recommendation
