Jerry Preston / Elite Craft Homes - Applicant is requesting minor plat approval for the Sydney Corner Subdivision consisting of 4 lots on .86 acres of property located on the southeast corner of 650 West and Glover Lane in an AE (Agriculture Estates) zone. Jerry Preston / Elite Craft Homes (Public Hearing) - Applicant is requesting a recommendation for schematic plan approval for a subdivision consisting of 8 lots on approximately 5.78 acres of property located at about 950 West 500 South in an AE (Agriculture Estates) zone.
