- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 16th day of October 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Mayor Hidalgo - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held October 2, 2018 2. New Business - New Business License Application - Mylind Fawcett - Resolution 18-13 ' A Resolution Amending the Clarkston Town Master Fee Schedule to Include a Rental Rate for the Town Square/Bowery's' - New Road Development and Fee Discussion 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - Cemetery Department - LUDMA 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - November 6, 2018 Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
