The meeting will be held at the Torrey Town Pavilion located at 75 E 100 No. Torrey Utah 84775 The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome Mayor Scott Chesnut: 1. Administrative Business: A. Motion to approve Minutes of September 13th 2018 council meeting B. Financial Report Colleen Dudleston Approve and pay bills Follow up on water conservation education 2. Maintenance Report/Water Project Update: Dustin Oyler 3. Council Member reports/ Staff report Bronson Oyler Roads/Cemetery Doug Robinson Water Pat Kearney Parks/Trees Beautification Pearl Thorndal-Stewart P&Z Clerk/ Letters 4. Permits Licenses, Water connections A. Water Connection/building permit. Laura Wang B. Bronson Oyler water connection/house plans/Lot Split C. Business License for E-Bike rentals. 5. Unfinished business 6. New business/ Mayor Business General plan update. Donita Pace:Vote on Town accepting the land from the Madonna Hunt Property Discussion for property split and requirements.
