PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: City Code Amendment - Section 10-12B-7:B Yard Requirements (Manufacturing Distribution Zone) Public Hearing to consider the request of Paul Washburn to amend City Code Section 10-12B-7:B Yard Requirements. The proposed amendment aims to reduce side yard setbacks in the Manufacturing Distribution (MD) Zone.
