(Planning Commissioners may decide to visit the sites listed on this agenda. Residents are welcome to accompany Planning Commissioners and Staff, in their own vehicle(s)) 6:30 PM WORK SESSION - All agenda items may be discussed. No decisions will be made during this session 7:00 PM CONVENE REGULAR MEETING - Public Welcome & Chair Opening Statement ACTION ITEMS 1. PUBLIC HEARING - Conditional Use: C-2 Zone - 'City Space' Storage, Conceptual Review Applicant, David Richards will present a land use application at 4810 S Highland Circle, for 'City Space' an indoor self-service storage business. Indoor storage businesses are an allowed use in the C-2 zone, by conditional approval granted by the Holladay Planning Commission. PF#86-9-01-1 2. Approval of Minutes; August 7th and 21st 2018 WORK SESSION 3.
