NOTICE AND AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING OCTOBER 17, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Central Valley Town Council will meet on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Opening Remarks, Meeting called to order and roll call. (Mayor Peterson) 2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting. 3. Culinary Water Improvement Project. 4. Center Street - South Main Road Project. 5. Follow-up - Nuisance Complaints, trailers in roadway, motor home, non-working vehicles in front of houses and excess debris. 6. Discuss and approve increasing the culinary water hookup fee. Approve amended Ordinance to Govern Central Valley Town Water System. October 2018 Amendment 7. Review Applications received for Town Clerk Position. Discuss and Approve selection of New Town Clerk. Discuss and Approve Training for new Town Clerk and Temporary Use of Former Town Clerk. 8. November Town Council Meeting, proposal to change date. 9. Caselle Classic Computer Program. Discuss upgrading program to Caselle Connect or changing to Pelorus. Approve either upgrading or changing. 10. Discuss Subdivision Water Requirement. Bryan Brown. 11. Department Current Concerns. Review Employee project list. 12. Approval of monthly expenditures. 13. Council Members Reports. 14. Adjournment.
