- West Jordan City is soliciting proposals from high quality firms for a 'Financial Advisor' to provide full financial advisory services for the City. These services would include financing and/or refinancing capital projects, analyzing current outstanding long-term debts, assisting with credit rating policies/strategies, and other financing activities as needed. Services may be extended to the Municipal Building Authority of the City of West Jordan. Proposals will be received by the City of West Jordan, City Clerk's Office, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 until Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 2:00 P.M,. at which time the names of those firms who submitted proposals shall be publicly announced. Proposals shall be deemed received when they are in the physical possession of the City Clerk or designee. Proposals, modifications, or corrections will not be accepted if they are not timely received by the City Clerk's Office, regardless of the cause, whether or not by action or inaction of the City, including but not limited to delayed, lost, undelivered or misdirected mail. Emailed or facsimile transmitted proposals will not be accepted. An electronic copy of the proposal documents may be obtained via email beginning October 15, 2018 from Paul Wellington, Purchasing Agent, paul.wellington@westjordan.utah.gov. When emailing Paul to request proposal documents, please include your full name, company name, address, and phone number.
