Public Notice is given that the Richmond City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah, on Tuesday, October 16, 2018. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. ***NOTE: An open house will be held starting at 6:00 P.M. to discuss the proposed trail system on 300 East from 350 South to 300 North. No votes will be taken during this time period.*** Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Paul Erickson 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from September 18, 2018 2. Deputy's Report 3. Business License (Taco's El Carnal) 4. Discussion with representatives of the Cache County Attorney's Office regarding a pilot program called Cache Achieve. 5. Quarterly Reports (Treasurer, Youth Council) 6. Public Hearing, no sooner than 7:20 P.M., for the purpose of discussing the rezone request by Amy Jensen to rezone Parcel Number 09-049-0038, 2.00 Acres, from RE-2 (Residential 2-Acre) to RE-1 (Residential 1-Acre). The parcel is located at 192 North 300 East. 7. Discussion and possible vote on the rezone request for Parcel Number 09-049-0038. 8. Public Hearing, no sooner than 7:40 P.M, for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2018-4, An Ordinance amending and updating certain prohibitions against interfering with control of water, taking water out of turn, obstructing watergates and injuring water-related structures. 9. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 2018-4. 10. Discussion with John Chadwick, agent for the Cherry Peak Ski Resort, regarding the possibility of utilizing parking spaces on 100 West from Main Street to 100 South during special events held at the ski resort. 11. Continued discussion on the trail system on 300 East from 350 South to 300 North. 12. City Manager Report 13. Monthly financial review with discussion and decisions as necessary. 14. Council Member Reports 15. Mayor's Report Pay Bills Adjourn
