LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On October 25th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and consideration of Pascal Meyer's request for approval of the Fabulous Freddy's Car Wash concept to be located at 1195 East Main Street in a Commercial zone. Public hearing and consideration of Judd Construction's request for approval of the Digital Drive Development concept, an 8.25-acre commercial development located at approximately 4200 North Digital Drive in Planned Community and Light Industrial zones. Public hearing and recommendation of Young Living Essential Oils' request of a Development Code Amendment to allow a portion of wall signs to extend above the parapet. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request of amendments to the Development Code, Chapters 31-36.
