Description/Agenda: September 5, 2018 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, September 5 2018 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:03 pm. Those present were commission members Kit Anderson, Annie Anderson, Tracy Randall, and Pattie Hansen with council member Kristen Vose also in attendance. The meeting was opened with the pledge of allegiance. Item #1 Hank and Tifnie Hansen zoning clearance for property approximately 400 E Main The Hansen's discussed setbacks with the commission and also the need for sewer or a septic system. The property owners will work with the appropriate people to decide that. There was a motion by Pattie to approve the zoning clearance for Hank and Tifnie (with an approximate address of 380 E Main) which was seconded by Tracy. All were in favor. Motion carried.
