Welcome/remarks Consideration of the Consent Agenda Approval of minutes from the September 19, 2018 Smithfield Library Board Meeting Board Chairman/ Bill Emmett Agenda - Two new Board Members are needed. Bring names of those you think would be great for these positions. - Night of Giving December 1, 2018 participation - Study Room Policy - Smithfield City Employee's Social Media Policy - Library staff training - Adult volunteer needed for November & maybe December - December 10th we will be having a book sale all day & Santa will arrive at 5:30. (We will need some help with the Book Sale that day) - Report City Council Jamie Anderson Thanks for all you do! 'For man, autumn is a time of harvest, of gathering together. For nature, it is a time of sowing, of scattering abroad.'
