SCIPIO TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING

AGENDA:
1. Review and approval of the minutes of the 2018-10-2 P&ZC meeting.
[By unanimous approval by email, the date for the Public Hearing was changed from October 16, 2018, to October 30, 2018, in order to allow adequate notification time from publication of the Hearing in the ChronicleProgress newspaper.]
2. Public Hearing on the Revised DRAFT 2018 Scipio Town General Plan.
[Town Council made revisions to the P&ZC-recommended 2018 Scipio Town Zoning Ordinance and approved that revised Zoning Ordinance on August 16, 2018. A few items in the approved zoning ordinance are different from those in the previously approved 2018 Scipio Town General Plan. The present Revised DRAFT of the approved 2018 Scipio Town General Plan is necessary to make the two governing documents in agreement.]
