- PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of Levan Town, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a special meeting on Friday October 12, 2018, at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah, at 7:00 PM. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of business may change as time permits. REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING: 1. Opening Business: Welcome Roll Call Prayer Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of past Minutes: October 3, 2018 - Regular Meeting 3. Building Permits: Gus & Kady Rowley - 35 E 100 S - New Home 4. Actions: Dan & Virginia Green - 268 S Main - Conditional Use Permit to live in RV while building new home 5. Reports: Office Issued Permits: 6. Discussion Items: None 7. Adjourn: WORK SESSION (after Regular Session) None
