Meeting Called to Order: Invocation by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Presentation: 1. Senior Companion and Foster Grandparent Programs-Joni Lyman C. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Minutes: September 19, 2018 regular meeting minutes. 3. Review Invoices and Checks: $389,424.05 D. Committee Reports: Fire District, Sewer Board, Planning Commission, Water Board E. Citizen Comment & Request for Future Agenda Items: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for the citizens of La Verkin who have items not listed on this agenda. There is a time limit of 20 minutes with each individual taking no more than three minutes. F. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve the Preliminary Plat for the 275 West Road Dedication including the 15% grade. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. R-2018-25; A resolution authorizing and approving a Cooperative Agreement with the Utah Department of Transportation for the construction of a sidewalk along SR-9 ('UDOT Safe Route to School Grant'). 3. Discussion and possible action to approve Work Release No. 2018-2; An agreement with Sunrise Engineering regarding the Safe Route to School Project. G.
