- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Clearfield City Corporation will be accepting applications for funding requests from the 2019/2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Program year will be from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. Funding request Applications and Guidelines may be obtained from Clearfield City Hall, 55 State St, Clearfield, Utah 84015, Customer Service Center, 1st Floor, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. beginning November 1, 2018. Applications will be received by the City's CDBG Coordinator, Brad McIlrath, until 5:00 p.m. on November 30, 2018 at the same location listed above.
