Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Public Hearing on October 17, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Salem City Office, located at 30 West 100 South, Salem, to consider changes to the Construction & Development Standards and a zone change request. TO ALL CITIZENS OF SALEM CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH You and each of you are hereby notified that the City Council of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 for the purpose of a public hearing to consider amendments to the Salem City Construction & Development Standards regarding storm water, electrical, commercial curb & gutter and lot sizes; and a request from Patterson Elite Builders on 34 acres of the Alan Curtis property located at Arrowhead Trail and 460 West from C-1 & R-10 to R-5. All citizens of Salem City are invited to attend this hearing and be heard in regards to the proposed item. Jeffrey Nielson, City Recorder
