- Millcreek, Utah Public Hearings Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold five public hearings at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, in the City Hall Annex, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) a conditional use permit application for the expansion of an existing planned unit development / amendment of a condition on a subdivision plat for property located at approx. 4015 S. 500 E. by applicant Aspen Meadows Homeowners Association; 2) a request for a sidewalk exception for property located at 4484 S. Zarahemla Way by applicant Liz Phillips; 3) a special exception request to the residential compatibility overlay standards for a duplex for property located at 1401 E. Woodland Ave. by applicant William Miner; 4) an amendment to the R-1 zones allowing dog walking and boarding as a conditional use by applicant Ellen Greeneisen; and 5) an amendment to Chapter 19.82 of the Millcreek Code regulating on-premise signs. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify the City Recorder at 801-214-2601 two days prior to the meeting date.
