Consideration of Great Basin Engineering's request for approval of the Lehi High School Rebuild Phase 2 site plan located at 180 North 500 East. 2.3. Public hearing and consideration of First Digital Telecom's request for approval of a conditional use permit to run fiber optics on 100 West Main and 1200 East Main to the Lehi Tech Buildings 1 & 2. 2.4. Public hearing and consideration for Knell Architects' requests conditional use approval of the Evans Farm Granger 300 LDS Church site plan, located at 3051 West Cramden Drive in an existing Planned Community zone. 2.5. Public hearing and recommendation for Ivory Homes' request for preliminary subdivision review for Holbrook Farms Plat E, a 177-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 2700 North 3600 West in an existing Planned Community zone. 2.6. Consideration of Brandon McDougald's request for approval of the Jaguar Land Rover site plan, a 3.51-acre commercial development located at approximately 2300 North Ashton Blvd in a Commercial zone. 2.7. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of an amendment to Table 5-030-B of the Development Code, changing automobile service and repair to a conditional use. 3.
