MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2018 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Public Hearing on amending architecture requirement of Chapter 15.18. 4. Discussion/action on public hearing. 5. Discussion/action on occupancy and site plan review for ConRock at 1900 West 1351 South. 6. Discussion/action on one (1) lot subdivision 250 South 2700 West by Kim Slater. 7. Discussion/action on site plan for Mill Creek Plaza commercial building at 366 North 1900 West by Bryce Wade. 8. Discussion/action site plan for PC Glass at 910 West 1700 South by Gary Hunt. 9. Discussion/action on subdivision for Townhouse Estates Phase 5 by 1045 South 1200 West by Gardener Engineering. 10. Commission and staff follow-up. 11. Adjourn.
