Description/Agenda: A Petition for Annexation has been filed in the office of the Plain City Recorder for the purpose of requesting annexation of a parcel of land (approx. 1/4 of an acre) owned by Glenn Williams (land serial number 19-021-0026) located approximately 3475 W North Plain City Rd. The City Council received notice of certification on October 9, 2018. The complete annexation petition is available for inspection at the office of the Plain City Recorder. Plain City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless a written protest to the annexation is filed with the Weber County Boundary Commission at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah 84401 and a copy of the protest delivered to the Plain City Recorder by November 9, 2018 pursuant to Utah Code 10-2-407.
