Net Metering - Councilmember Dyreng b. Annexation Progress - Kent Barton c. Greg Merten Request - Kent Barton 6. Councilmembers Reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jason Maylett Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 7. Public Comment - two Minutes per each Comment. 8. Mayor Korry Soper 9.
