Town of Amalga 6590 North 2400 West Amalga, UT 84335 (435) 563-3039 Notice is hereby given that the Amalga Town council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the Amalga Town Hall, 6590 North 2400 West, Amalga, Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Hearing will be held before the regularly scheduled meeting. 2. Welcome / Pledge of allegiance. 3. Roll call. 4. Approve minutes from prior council meeting. 5. Public comments. 6. Review Public Hearing and possible adoption. 7. Review Sugar Park project. 8. Review 2700 West road drain project. 9. Resolution to adopt application form and application fee for conditional use permit. 10. Discuss delinquent water accounts. 11. Council reports: a. Paul Hansen b. Shawn Hansen c. Julio Vega d.
