Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is Hereby Given that the Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold consecutive Public Hearings on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Gunnison City Hall located at 38 West Center. The purpose of the hearings is to receive public comment regarding: 1. A Proposed Zone Change at approximately 410 North 200 West, from A-1 (Agricultural) to RR-1 (Residential), Tim Sanders 2. A Proposed lot split at approximately 410 North 200 West, Tim Sanders In compliance with ADA, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Janell Braithwaite at the Gunnison City offices, 38 West Center, Gunnison, Utah (435-528-7969) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
