Notice is hereby given that the Draper Planning Commission will hold a Business Meeting on Thursday, October 11, 2018, in the City Council Chambers at 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, Utah. The Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 p.m. Business Meeting 1. Public Hearing: Cactus and Tropicals Conditional Use Permit On the request of Scott and Karin Pynes, representing Cactus and Tropicals, for a conditional use permit for Reception Center located at 12252 South Draper Gate Dr in the CC (Community Commerical) zone. Action Item: Fox Landing Phase 2 Final Plat A request by Derek Wright, representing Wright Homes, for approval of phase 2 of the Fox Landing subdivision. Public Hearing: Wade Auto Group Site Plan & Conditional Use Permit A request by Andrew Wade for a site plan approval and conditional use permit for a car dealership. The property is located at 12277 and 12275 S. 700 W. and 686 W. 12300 South. Staff contact: Dan Boles, dan.boles@draper.ut.us Application SP-250- 2018 & USE-319-2018. a. Other Items 4. Adjournment Any person adversely affected by a decision of the Planning Commission regarding the transfer, issuance or denial of a conditional use permit may appeal such decision to the City Council by filing written notice of appeal stating the grounds therefore within fourteen (14) days from the date of such final determination.
